Shipping Policies
Our standard shipping for most products is UPS ground service. Priority mail is used for some smaller items. Our shipping area includes addresses in the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or to international addresses.

In-stock items are generally shipped within one to two business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If any items you order or out-of-stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Products that we do not carry in our store are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping time for these items vary and, in most cases, the approximate shipping time is noted by each product.

** Additional shipping charges may apply for large items such as furniture and mattresses and for some bulky bedding items such as pillows, comforters, and mattress toppers. Shipping to islands or remote areas also may incur additional shipping charges.

 

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind what we sell. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item within the following guidelines.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with some exceptions as noted below. All returns are to be accompanied by the original sales receipt and be in the original packaging with original tags and labels. Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a re-stocking fee for products returned that do not meet our return standards.  No return of sale items.

 

We accept no returns on the following products:  pillows, mattresses, mattress pads, comforters and mattress toppers. No return of other bedding items that have been removed from the original packaging. No return of sale items. No return of all SDH, Legna or Purists products.  No return of furniture products except there is a 25% restocking  fee for the return of Pacific Rim beds and furniture.


Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning a product or products for which you paid no shipping charges, we will refund you the price of the product less the actual shipping costs that we incurred in shipping the product to you.

 

We do not guarantee personal tolerance of our products nor do the manufacturers of the products.
